A critical element affecting the initial opening cost is the quality and timeliness of the equipment delivery and installation. One day beyond the projected opening date is one day’s revenue lost. Errors are equivalent to a job cost overrun; therefore, the construction schedule, specifications and progress reviews are critical.

To ensure the readiness of the jobsite for our upcoming installation, this readiness check list will be utilized by your Project Manager. This checklist is designed to minimize installation issues by ensuring that the jobsite is ready. A jobsite that is ready allows for the safe unloading of the equipment, an efficient installation, helps avoid equipment damage, and allows for all trades to be more timely in completing the project.
