To ensure the readiness of the job site for our upcoming installation, this readiness checklist will be utilized by your Project Manager. This checklist is designed to minimize installation issues by ensuring that the job site is ready. A job site that is ready allows for the safe unloading of the equipment, an efficient installation, helps avoid equipment damage, and allows for all trades to be timelier in completing the project.

If Ready		KITCHEN READINESS CHECKLIST
		Tile is down, grout is complete, and floor has been acid washed. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Walls are complete with FRP or tile and baseboards are complete. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Exhaust Hoods are hung. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Ceiling grid, tile, and lighting are in place. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Gas lines are ran to equipment locations. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Electrical wire runs are complete. Outlets and covers are in place. **Need electrician on site to hard wire any connections that will be hidden after installation. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Walk-in box is erected. READINESS COMMENTS:
		All areas that installation will take place are open and have been broom swept READINESS COMMENTS:
		Building is secure with doors and windows in place. READINESS COMMENTS:
		Receiving pad has been poured and cured to allow for a heavy truck to park and unload READINESS COMMENTS:
		Lot has been poured or gravel laid to allow delivery truck access to the pad area for unloading. READINESS COMMENTS:
